This subtle marriage, a blend of red grape varieties, benefits from a classic treatment, matured in stainless steel tanks to acquire a lovely expressive note. Its intense robe has violet highlights. This Garanoir/Gamaret offers a good range of black fruit and spices notes. Its supple, meaty attack is accompanied by ripe fruit notes, then peppery ones to give a surprising complexity to the wine. The full body and structure, length in mouth and elegant tannins provide a good finish. This is a lovely blend that pairs well with a good variety of dishes, from grilled meat to cold cuts to strong-flavoured cheeses.
