The ideal wine for aperitifs and festivities, Brut Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay has a pale robe with golden highlights, notable for its delicate, persistent bubbles. The source of this harmony and persistence in mouth is grapes harvest from the best vine parcels in the 3 main Geneva terroirs. The nose: look for a subtle combination of fruit and floral notes. In mouth: the attack is fresh and supple, with a delicate thread of fine bubbles, characteristic of quality wines that don’t diminish with time.

Vinification
100% Swiss sparkling wine, prepared as still wine after pressing. What characterises the BACCARAT is its second, natural fermentation in a closed barrel which produces the bubbles. Filling the bottles under pressure at 0°C helps to preserve its fineness.
Eye
Light yellow with a golden brilliance, fine and persistent bubbles.
Mouth
Fresh and smooth. Nice finish.
Nose
Delicate and flowery with fruity notes.
